From Certification to Community Service
In 2023, WeWorkingWomen established a partnership with Erickson Coaching International to deliver coaching certification in Mandarin Chinese.
To date, WeWorkingWomen is Erickson Coaching International’s only North American partner providing Mandarin-language certification.
Since 2024, WeWorkingWomen has trained life and personal growth coaches who, after receiving professional training in their native language, go on to serve the community in the way they choose.
